December training finished on a high and with a real flourish. This has been a very “Parisian” year all round and so it was fitting that the final off-site course of the year should also be in Paris. We were then able to build a truly relevant and real needs-based training programme that would enable the product consultants to deliver an enhanced service to their opticians.
Said Judy: “ It was very rewarding to work with such a motivated team that were open minded enough to try out some of my more innovation techniques and then convinced enough to put them into practice on an everyday basis.”
